Hi everyone :)
I hope you are all having a lovely weekend, mine sure has been a busy one, filled with Christmas parties and catch up with friends.
I recently too part in another box share which was organised by Becky and Ren, I really enjoy these, not only do you get to buy things for someone else, but it is so nice to really get to know someone else who is into very similar things. I have any (actual) friends who are into blogging so it is good to chat to more people who do. This was a Christmas themed swap, and you can find more info on it under the hash tag; #ChristmasBloggerBoxShare I like to have a nosey and see what other people received.
For this box share, I was paired with Amy, I will list her links and blog below. We sent many emails back and forth to get to know each other, and it was also nice to chat to her about non bloggy stuff, like what we are up to in our week and weekends :).
So lets dig in! First thing I noticed was this cute note book (I mentioned that I love stationary!) Amy mentioned that she chose this notebook by That Lame Company as she likes to support other bloggers. I'll be honest, I have not heard of them before, but I too, love to support independent stores, as stated in my previous post so very excited to carry this note book round with me. I think I will use it to store my blog ideas.
Next up is this beautiful M hanger, I currently have it on my Christmas tree, but I think I'll find somewhere to keep it once my tree is down. I do love a cute initial hanger, I already have a few 'M' hangers and magnets dotted around my house.
Finally, Amy got me these three gourgeous eyeshadows from Make Up Revolution.
L-R Cappuccino, Hung Up, Base.
This is a brand I have always wanted to try but never got round to actually purchasing anything. My go to eyeshadows are generally bronze, brown tones, so I cannot wait to try these. I will most likely keep Cappuccino and Hung Up with my daily make up, but, Base is a pretty champagne shade, which would be so nice to add a little shimmer to your look and highlight the corners of your eye! (Sorry the lighting has made the Cappuccino dissapear, but I promise it is a lovely shade.)
