My sister and I visited London about two or three weeks ago and this time I remembered my SD card, yay! After chilling in our hotel for a few hours, we spent our evening in Leicester Square, we dined at the Hippodrome's Heliot Steakhouse and their millionaires mac n cheese with truffle was literally the best thing ever! I am not usually a mac n cheese fan, but I could eat this over and over again. I was so excited to eat it, I forgot to take a photo. If you are able to check it out, I highly recommend it.
We visited London with the intention of not doing any shopping and just checking out museums and seeing London, so we avoided Oxford Street, and spent Sunday afternoon wandering round South Kensington taking photos and visiting the V&A. The V&A are currently exhibiting Alexander McQueen's Savage Beauty, the queue for this was pretty big, but I have been fortunate enough to see the exhibit when it was held in New York a few summers ago. It was completely breathtaking and worth the 3 - 4 hour queue wait! After the V&A we went across the road which is full of restaurants and bakeries to have lunch at Comptoir Libanais, their food is so good, restaurant is so colourful, and their staff are so friendly! What more can I say? I've only had Lebanese food once before and it was here this time last year. It was so good I had to come back. Whilst we were there I just had to capture just how beautiful London is.
The main things I love to London is visiting their many museums and galleries, I'd love to revisit all the art galleries again in the near future as I haven't been since the school days.
