A couple of weekends ago I was lucky enough to be part of the Nottingham Blogger Meet, I have been to a few in Nottingham in the past and one in Sheffield. They're always a lot of fun, although maybe a little daunting to begin with. These meets are great to meet other bloggers, especially those you have been speaking to a lot via Twitter and other means of social media!

On Saturday 1st of March Becky and Sophie had organised this great day. We all met in Zizzi's where we enjoyed a 3 course lunch with guests such as Harlequin Costmetics and Charmed Ivy.

Harlequin Cosmetics is a skincare and beauty brand where all their items are all home made. As soon as she said 'home made' I was hooked. I appreciate everything this company stands for after smelling and sampling some of their products they handed round. My favourite is definitely the Citrus Burst shower gel!
We also had a peek at Charmed Ivy's collection of jewellery, I am a massive fan of silver jewellery and their pieces were all very affordable.

Leah and Hannah :)

After lunch we headed off in small groups and we hit Mac first, I had a gift card left over from Christmas which I was eager to spend. What I bought shall be in a post in the near future!

The goodie bags were very generous.

It was lovely to see Ellie again, and finally meet Sally! Have you been to a blogger meet recently?
