To old happenings and things that are done, you can't find what's passed, make that happiness last...

When you have lived in the same city for your whole life it may become a little mundane, so its always amazing to discover new places that are hidden in all the nook and crannies. Last weekend I went Christmas shopping and after traipsing through the city centre looking for a cute tea room that wasn't rammed, we discovered Thea & Caffea, I was a little memorized by how beautiful it was, its so spacious too, unlike some where you can barely move amongst the hustle and bustle of busy tea rooms.

I cannot wait to go again, especially in the summer where they also have courtyard seating, you know me, I love to dine outside and pretend i'm in Italy. haha.

As I said in my previous post I finished my Christmas shopping! Hooray, whilst shopping round Nottingham, I revisited The Cheese Shop to buy a few foodie presents, I haven't been since they refurbished and they have made it so much bigger, along with a little cafe as well. (We did look here to eat but it was full, maybe next time!). They have so much cheese (duh) I just wanted to eat it all! Cannot wait to check out their cheeses for our cheese board on Christmas day!

Have you ever visited Nottingham? Although I have been here my whole life (except the uni stint) do you have any recommended hot spots that I should visit and check out?

xx.
