Look who's digging their own grave, that is what they all say, you'll drink yourself to death...

Oh Hey!

So I know i'm almost a week late, but I hope you have all had a lovely start to 2013? Mine hasn't been too bad, I feel a little more optimistic at the moment, which is never a bad thing I suppose. As I said in my previous post, I spent my New Year in London, it was so much fun, it's so good to go for a few days, rather than a day or just a night. The first day we got there, we chilled out in our lovely but budget hotel, had a lovely meal at Zizzi's, bought some bubbly and headed over to the Embankment. It was the first time I had ever spent New Years in London, so I didn't know what to expect. Luckily we managed to get to the front of the river, with a great view of the London eye, despite getting there just before 10pm (we were advised to get there for 8pm!) We propped our bottles on the wall, and drank bellini's. We had to purchase wine glasses from tesco because the large tesco were out of plastic cups and flutes, so I highly recommend buying them in advance, not on New Years eve! :)

My outfit for New Years day from ASOS
Shopping, desert and more shopping.
Benefit make up, Topshop loafers and lippy, American Apparel polish and
Marc Jacobs iPhone case which I had to return because i'm an idiot. (Its for the 4 not the 5).

Yummy dinner @ Zizzi's Earls Court.

On New Years day my best friend and I went sale shopping, on Oxford Street, starting at New Look (Hyde Park corner?) to Oxford Circus Topshop, I bought some amazing stuff but non of which were in the sale. Classic. We then headed back to Earls Court where we were staying, ate at Nando's, bumped into pro green picking up his chicken and watched episodes of Kim and Kourtney take New York whilst sipping fizzy rose and getting ready for a night watching Mamma Mia! We saw Mamma Mia first in 2011 in New York, and thought it was amazing, and it still was! The music is great, and so hilarious. Highly recommended! We managed to get great tickets via the Get into London Theatre offer, top price tickets for amazing prices. If I lived in London i'd go to so many more.

I love Covent garden, I don't go there enough, it's so pretty at night though the Christmas decorations were still up. Must go there again when I am next in London. xx.

All photo's were taken on my iPhone, as I didn't want to carry my big camera around London with me. Soz bad quality!!
