Deja Entendu (2003)
|Tea & Cakes at The Vintage Fair|
I visited the lovely vintage fair this afternoon at The Belgrave in Nottingham with my friend Nicola, after a bit of lunch outside in the sun. For just a pound for entry, you get to browse through vintage clothing for Men and Women, accessories, jewellery and homeware.
As soon as I walked in, I spotted the most amazing tapestry bag sitting in a vintage trunk with a big banner above it saying "Everything £5!!" Brilliant. I brought it out of the trunk, attached the strap, made a few poses in the mirror and didn't think twice, I didn't even bother mulling over it. Bought it there and then. Love.
I then entered the main hall, where I could see stall after stall full of vintage clothing, shoes, accessories, hand made jewellery and cakes.
I was slightly annoyed by the lack of checkered flannel shirts, sad face. I really need some new ones that aren't off the high street. No luck.
I finished off my day purchasing a T-Shirt, with a lovely birdcage print on the front. Check it outttt.
|My new love.|
Here is the cutest little pug promoter called Maybellene that was at the entrance with a lady who was directing people to The Belgrave. SO ADORABLE.
